The Highlife Band is a high-energy wedding and corporate event band based in Leigh-on-Sea, Essex, delivering premium live music for weddings, private parties, and corporate events across the UK.
We are more than just a live band — we provide a fully structured entertainment experience designed to shape the atmosphere of your entire event. From your first dance through to the final encore, we manage the flow of the evening seamlessly, ensuring smooth transitions, consistent energy, and a packed dancefloor without you needing to think about the details.
Led by vocalist and guitarist Sam Sheridan, The Highlife Band features a professional lineup of experienced musicians who have performed at high-end venues and major events for over a decade. This depth of experience allows us to read every crowd in real time, tailoring each set to build momentum and keep guests engaged from start to finish.
Every performance is carefully curated, with setlists designed to balance timeless crowd favourites with modern anthems, ensuring there’s something for everyone on the dancefloor. We don’t rely on shortcuts or backing tracks — just genuine, 100% live music performed with energy, precision, and personality.
Our focus is simple: create unforgettable moments and take the pressure off your shoulders. Whether it’s a wedding celebration, private party, or corporate function, we handle the entertainment so you can focus on enjoying your event.
Based in Essex, we perform nationwide and regularly travel across the UK for weddings and events of all sizes. We also offer an optional professional DJ service to extend the party and keep the energy going long after the live sets finish.
